CDR General Services is seeking a motivated and confident Bilingual Sales Representative to help expand our client base and support English- and Spanish-speaking customers. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and consistently working toward sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers
• Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling and follow-up
• Communicate professionally with clients in English and Spanish
• Present and explain company services clearly and confidently
• Overcome objections and close sales opportunities
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Meet or exceed daily call metrics and sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activity
• Represent CDR General Services in a professional manner

Qualifications

& Skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Proven cold calling or outbound sales experience (required)
• Sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and organized
• Basic computer skills (CRM, email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Experience:
