• 4+ Years Automotive Sales Management Experience (USED CAR MANAGEMENT A MUST).

• Meet monthly forecast for used car sales volume sustaining sufficient gross to meet profit objectives.
• Create and organize all sales activities for the Used Car Sales department.
• Ensure that salespeople are informed of all used inventory and current advertising efforts including rebates and incentives. In addition, build rapport with them and assist with their sales.
• Appraise all incoming used vehicles.
• Ensure that cosmetic and mechanical reconditioning is performed within the dealership's cost and time limitations.
• Establishes and controls wholesaling activities.
• Work with Owners to forecast monthly sales expenses.
• Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with the customers, co-workers and vendors.
• Partner with the Financial Services Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• 4+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience (USED CAR MANAGEMENT PREFERRED).
• Proficient at operation a personal computer including Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Strong take charge leadership attitude with a record of team building to include requiting, training and motivating.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the local market and auctions.
• Real attitude with high-energy personality.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
