Experienced In-Home Sales Representative Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. Location: Murrysville, PA

Compensation

: $125,000 - $250,000 per year (Commission-Based) Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
• Educate clients on product benefits and customization options
• Build rapport and professionally close deals
• Follow company procedures and ensure proper documentation
• Travel throughout Westmoreland County and all surrounding areas, including Beaver and Butler Counties

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven success in in-home sales
• Confident closer with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Professional appearance and demeanor
