Responsibilities

of the AT &T Sales Assistant:

• Engage in outreach to potential customers to promote AT&T internet and wireless services.
• Provide hands-on customer support in meaningful interactions, building relationships based on trust, engaging in conversations, and resolving any telecommunication issues.
• Keep customers informed of the latest updates in services and products, delivering accurate plan information and staying up to date with market trends.
• Identify the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to achieve a high company revenue.
• Handle sensitive customer information with discretion and respect, following AT&T's compliance guidelines.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with customers' account information, addressing concerns and communicating effectively with empathy and respect.
• Walk customers through the enrollment process for any new accounts, explaining the next steps, and ensuring they have no questions or concerns.

Qualifications

of the AT &T Sales Assistant:

• Professional communication skills, a positive attitude, and a respectful demeanor.
• Ability to convey relevant information on existing AT&T plans and upcoming promotions.
• Interest in developing customer service skills and a natural interest in creating relationships with customers.
• Responsible for time management, and the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.

Overview

: This position is a full-time employment position located in Redmond, WA. This position is Monday-Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face-to-face role with customers and businesses.

• Pay: 100% commission - $70-$250 per order. On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
• Average Weekly Pay: $800-$1,300 / weekly based on commission
• Clients & Products: We work with AT&T, promoting and signing up new customers and businesses for their wireless and internet services
