About the Role

Yacht Network--is expanding and seeking a driven sales professional to manage our Detroit territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in commission-only sales , enjoys working around boats, and loves building relationships. You Will:

• Cold call & prospect to build new listings
• Gather vessel details (makes, models, engines)
• Manage CRM records
• Conduct showings & handle buyer inquiries
• Manage offers, surveys, sea trials & closings
• Provide strong client aftercare You Need:
• 5+ years sales experience
• Strong phone skills + cold calling confidence
• CRM experience (any platform)
• Reliable vehicle
• Real boating experience
• Ability to work evenings/weekends during boating season

Compensation

100% commission. Most active brokers exceed $100K. Top earners exceed $200K. Apply ONLY if you meet the required experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
