Architectural Fireplaces, an installing distributor of fireplaces and Hearth & Home products, is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. Eligible candidates must have good phone etiquette, strong computer skills and outstanding organizational skills. Must be team orientated, honest, self- motivated, hard-working, and able to multi-task. The main focus for the individual we bring on would be to assist the Sales Team in their day-to-day needs. This could include data entry, cold-calls, lead generation research, putting together mailing packets, and general office work. Responsibilities

: - Provide assistance to the Sales Rep team by assisting with administrative tasks and customer inquiries - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions - Support business development efforts by identifying/researching new leads and prospects - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

: - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus - Excellent computer skills - Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present information and respond to customer inquiries Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
