Full description of the position

Due to continued growth, American Wear Uniforms is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business development for our uniform rental services in Central and Northern New Jersey. This role focuses on business-to-business sales , including prospecting, setting appointments, presenting service programs, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Make 100+ prospecting calls per week to generate leads and drive new sales.
• Set and conduct appointments with prospective clients to present service solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship-building.
• Utilize business intelligence to support sales calls, presentations, and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records and manage sales pipelines using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain documentation to track progress.
• Perform additional duties as required. Education and Minimum Experience:
• Must have a minimum of 1 year sales experience or successful completion of a sales training program
• Previous experience in business-to-business sales preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business Management, or related field preferred).
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver's license required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required. Additional Notes:
• Sales Quota target is $100 per week sales average after 1-year of field work. Average commission compensation is 5:1 per account installed based on weekly dollar value of account. Quarterly bonus structure of $1 per dollar amount installed for the quarter if $100 per week sales average is achieved (for example, $100 per week sales average per quarter x 12 weeks = $1,200 bonus for the quarter) Join us as we strive for excellence in sales while providing top-notch service to our clients!
