Responsibilities

Target, Walmart, Costco, Hmart, 99 Ranch Develop and maintain partnerships with major retailers (Target, Walmart, Costco, Hmart, 99 Ranch, etc.) Drive retail channel expansion and achieve sales targets Lead negotiations, contract agreements, and ensure smooth logistics and compliance Conduct market research and collect insights on industry trends and competitors Collaborate with supply chain team to optimize inventory and supply processes /

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields FMCG preferred sales experience, preferably with retail channel resources or FMCG background Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English Self-motivated, able to drive business development independently Familiarity with U.S. retail market; proven track record in channel development is a plus / What We Offer + Competitive base salary + performance bonus Fast-growing company with strong career growth opportunities Opportunity to work with international brands and major retailers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
