Inside Sales Representative / Phone Sales Representative Location: Buchanan, NY

Pay Range

: $17 - $21/hr + commission (pay based on experience) Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (One Saturday a month) Summary: Successful individuals for the Inside Sales Representative role possess a high level of energy, with an attention to detail towards customized solutions for new and current customers. Responsibilities

:

• Initiate daily outbound calls to create sales opportunities.
• Skillful within a high-volume inbound call center environment.
• Practice a team focused approach with all sales-related activities.
• Possess strong customer service abilities for non-sales related issues.

Requirements

:

• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Strong technology skill set and ability to navigate multiple systems, proficiency with Office Suite.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, especially during "peak season."
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
