Looking for motivated individuals to join our roofing sales team. No experience required - we provide full training. Commission-based role with uncapped earnings. One signed deal can earn $3,000 -$5,000. Top performers consistently earn $150K+ annually , with elite reps exceeding $200K. • Knock doors and speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Set appointments and assist with on-site roof inspections
• Present solutions and guide homeowners through next steps
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Compensation

• Commission-based (1099 independent contractor role)
• $3,000 -$5,000 per signed deal (based on project size and scope)
• Uncapped commissions

Requirements
