Sunset Cadillac of Bradenton is seeking a customer-driven team member to join our newly renovated and expanded dealership. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service or client relations backgrounds who are comfortable guiding customers through a purchase process in a professional, supportive environment. Overview

: As a Customer Relations & Automotive Sales Specialist, you will guide customers through their vehicle purchase while ensuring a positive, stress- free experience. Success in this role comes from communication skills in person and over the phone, trust-building, and follow-through-not high- pressure sales tactics. Sales background helpful, but not required. We are more interested in a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a helpful, friendly personality.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Greet and assist customers throughout each step of the vehicle purchase process
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable new or pre-owned vehicles
• Clearly explain vehicle features, warranties, and purchase paperwork
• Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals (Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply) What We're Looking For:
• Strong background in customer relations, customer service, hospitality, or a client-facing role
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in a commission-based environment
• Valid driver's license and verifiable work history
