Full description of the position

BraveView has been hired to find an experienced Landscape Design/Sales person for a reputable firm who has been servicing the Northern VA and Washington DC market for over 20 years. They are looking to hire a Landscape Designer who can design outdoor solutions for high end residential clients. This Landscape Design/Sales position will follow up on company generated leads and will meet with residential clients to define their project goals. This person will define the general scope of work/budget and will create designs based upon the site conditions and the clients needs/wants/budget. They will be responsible for closing the sale with the client and will be available for the client throughout the construction process. The project is transferred to a project manager and installation team to execute the work. This Design/Sales person will visit the project under construction on a weekly basis in order to keep track of the progress and handle potential change orders. Average projects can range from $40k - 250k and typically include backyard renovations such as landscape, drainage, hardscape, pool decks, fire pits, some outdoor kitchens, pergolas, outdoor lighting and other outdoor living features.
