Experience in the staffing or PEO industry preferred. Will be responsible for developing business opportunities through cold calling, networking and direct mail campaigns.

• Develop relationships with businesses to grow client base.
• Sales through networking, cold calling and non-traditional resources.
• Develop marketing campaigns and sales strategies
• Prepare and present proposals for services to multi-disciplined prospect companies
• Must have at least 1 year proven track record in business to business sales
• Excellent customer service, sales, and relationship building skills.
• The ability to search out, screen, network and close sale
• A strong work ethic motivated by an uncapped earning potential.
• The ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service.
• The ability to work independently and take direction.
• Must be a driven professional motivated by challenges, opportunities and commitment.
• Base salary plus commissions, expenses and mileage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
