Manhattan Beach Toyota is looking for a Customer Service Sales Support Specialist Earn up to $40,000+/yr. (includes 18.00/hr. base salary + uncapped performance bonuses) - GREAT CARRER OPPORTUNITY with a stable and reputable company!! This is not a remote position Job Requirement:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and phone persona
• Willing and able to make the required customer contacts via email, internet and outbound phone calls
• Strong Computer & technology systems experience
• Prior Call Center, or Dealership Inside Sales Support Experience is a plus
• Great Communication Skills
• Bi-lingual is always a plus!
• Team Player
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

:

• Generate appointments and drive prospective customers to the sales department- NO COLD CALLING!
• Responding to customer requests via email, internet and inbound phone calls
• Able to multi-task and build rapport with customers through follow up calls to ensure future business
• Guide customers with product information advice & assist them in finding the appropriate dealership resources
• Follow up on warm leads that are not ready to buy
• Great Customer Service Skills & Motivation to be Successful Benefit Conditions:
