Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily sales operations for new and pre-owned vehicles
• Develop and refine sales processes to drive consistent results
• Train, coach, and motivate Sales Consultants
• Monitor sales performance and key metrics
• Collaborate with the Sales Management team
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
• Provide ongoing performance coaching
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused culture
• Ensure all deals are completed and submitted to the Finance Department

Requirements

• Automotive sales management experience
• Experience managing used vehicle sales preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM and DMS systems
• Results-driven mindset with accountability
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment
