The Mission We are a top-tier San Diego real estate team closing 200+ transactions annually. We are looking for a powerhouse Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to be the engine of our growth. This isn't just a role for someone who likes to talk; it's for a fearless communicator who views the CRM as their personal dashboard for winning. You won't be meeting clients at coffee shops; you'll be the "behind-the-scenes" facilitator making sure every lead is captured, every objection is handled, and our agents are walking into high-quality appointments every single day. The Core

Responsibilities

• The Hunt: Prospect for new business via high-volume calls, texts, and emails. You will be the first point of contact for our San Diego leads.
• Script Mastery: Attend daily script practice to sharpen your delivery, overcome tough objections, and move prospects toward a "Yes."
• CRM Architect: Manage our CRM to ensure no lead "falls through the cracks." You will own the data, manage the pipelines, and ensure every prospect has a follow-up plan.
• Appointment Setting: Use CRM tools and behavioral data to uncover "hot" opportunities and bridge the gap between a lead and a signed appointment for our outside agents.
• Agent Accountability & Training: You are the CRM "Sheriff." You'll sit with our agents to audit their lead follow-up, show them best practices, and ensure the team is maximizing every opportunity we provide.
• SOP Management: Maintain and evolve our Standard Operating Procedures for lead management to ensure a world-class client experience.

• Local Knowledge: A familiarity with San Diego's coastal micro-markets (from La Jolla to Point Loma, Downtown and Coronado) is a major plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (Real Estate experience preferred but not required for the right personality).
• Experience working within a CRM (Follow Up Boss, Chime/Lofty, BoomTown, Sales Force, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (must be able to text/email professionally and quickly). Must enjoy engaging with people
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (Home/Office) and stay disciplined without a manager hovering over your shoulder.
• Comfortable with daily and weekly accountability standards (this is not free lunch).
