Sales Development Representative - Medical Alert Device Contractor Position

About the Role

: AgentOffer's mission to save lives every day. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll connect our life-saving medical alert technology with the families who need it most. This contractor position offers flexibility and earning potential while making a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

• Handle high-volume inbound sales calls from prospects and referrals
• Conduct targeted outbound calls to qualified leads
• Present medical alert solutions with care and professionalism
• Guide customers through the decision-making process
• Process orders and ensure seamless customer onboarding
• Maintain detailed CRM records
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Daily Impact:
• Connect with 50-80+ prospects per day
• Help families gain peace of mind for their loved ones
• Contribute directly to saving lives through our emergency response system What We're Looking For
• 2+ years proven sales experience, preferably healthcare/insurance/consumer services
• Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
• Self-motivated with discipline to work independently
• Comfortable with technology and multiple systems
• Genuine empathy for seniors and their families Bonus Points:
• Medical/healthcare sales experience
• Senior-focused industry background
• Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English)
