Previous Sales Experience required Previous Automobile Sales highly preferred Schmelz Country Side VW Automotive dealerships has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years at a Platinum VW Heritage Dealership. We are looking for sales professionals that have a drive for customer care and service, want to learn new skills and understand the customer is the most important member of our team! This is a great opportunity to get into a new industry as the car market transitions from traditional gas engines to electric vehicles.

Requirements

of the Sales Professional:

• Sales (any industry) or related experience highly preferred
• Valid driver's license is a must!
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

of the Sales Professional:

• Educate customers on the benefits of driving an electric vehicle
• Describe the benefits and package offerings provided with the vehicle purchase
• Listen to the customer and recognize what are the most important features and necessities to them in order to "Close the deal"
• Build relationships and rapport with customer to help build trust and future sales
• Help customers trade in their old gasoline powered vehicles (if applicable)
• Hit monthly targets and goals outlined
• Keep up to date with new electric vehicle initiatives and updates
