Job Description

: We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Spanish Sales Representative to join our team at Cricket Wireless. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the best wireless solutions for their needs. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, goal-driven, and have the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with customers to assess their wireless needs and recommend Cricket Wireless products and services.
• Provide expert knowledge of Cricket's plans, devices, and promotions to customers in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with account setup, troubleshooting, and billing inquiries.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads as needed.

Requirements

:

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
