Job Summary

: Tasca Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our Lincoln Luxury team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for delivering outstanding car-buying experience, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth and success of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities

: - Welcome customers, understand their needs and offer personalized vehicle recommendations - Conduct test drives, provide product demonstrations, and explain features - Negotiate vehicle prices, trade-ins, and financing options - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicle features, benefits, and pricing - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals - Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up

Requirements
