The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment. POSITION SUMMARY: This position requires multi-faceted interaction with your customers, needs assessment, problem resolution, development of relationships, and substantial knowledge of the products, services, and processes of our production/installation. DUTIES:

• Present and promote our products and services using excellent needs analysis, listening skills, cost analysis, and presentation of a solution to prospective Kitchen and Bath companies, designers, builders, and residential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist clients in selecting material for their project(s).
• Train and assist your reseller account designers and sales professionals with the sales and ordering process.
• Create customer estimates, detailed job paperwork, as well as QuickBooks invoices as needed
• Report critical job information in our operating system (Moraware)
• Report customer activities in our company CRM
• Follow through on the sales process to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
• Assist with market research and new customer contacts.
• Help coordinate marketing and outreach efforts to architects, designers, homebuilders, and the public through various channels.
• Other duties as assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• General computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and internet-based information required.
• Experience with inventory management software such as Moraware and Slabsmith is highly desirable.
• Technical sales knowledge of natural stone is preferred but not mandatory.
• Design experience is a plus. Pay rate determined by qualifications. Job Type: Full-time
