Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Qualify customer needs and recommend vehicle options that best fit their lifestyle and budget
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance
• Guide customers through the entire sales process from start to finish
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, new models, and promotions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Meet individual and team performance goals while contributing to overall dealership success

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in automotive, retail, or related fields preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with a professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
