Office & Sales Associate - Flooring Showroom (Full Time, Tues-Sat) We're looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office & Sales Associate. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and helping grow sales in a fast-paced flooring business. Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday -Saturday

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in our showroom
• Handle phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule estimates, installations, and cleaning services
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and invoices
• Maintain showroom appearance and product displays
• Support customers in choosing the right flooring solutions for their project
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business

Qualifications

:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer and scheduling software experience
• Sales or office experience preferred (flooring experience a plus, but not required)
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We Offer:
