• Lead and manage daily dealership sales operations , ensuring team targets and performance goals are consistently met.
• Coach, train, and mentor sales staff to deliver outstanding customer service and close deals effectively.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Oversee and manage inventory levels , working with suppliers to maintain optimal stock and product availability.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Leverage CRM tools to track team performance, manage leads, and monitor customer interactions. What We 're Looking For
• Proven success as a Sales Manager or in a high-level sales leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and team development strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
