• Visit homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
• Create and present proposals on-site using proven templates
• Close deals at a 50%+ rate--training provided
• Follow up with leads and log details in our CRM
• Partner with the office and production teams to ensure smooth delivery Pay & Incentives:
• W2 position, commission-based: $85,000-$145,000+ OTE
• Company vehicle provided
• Weekly sales training and coaching
• Flexible schedule with work-life balance Schedule & Location:
• Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays
• Based in Farmington, MN

Requirements

:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Coachable, punctual, eager to learn, and goal-oriented
• 1-2 years of any sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Comfortable with outbound methods like cold calling or door knocking
