Overview

: We are currently hiring Junior Sales Managers who are passionate about technology and customer service. This is an entry-level role with full training provided , making it a great opportunity for those looking to start a career in retail sales or take the next step toward management. You'll be helping customers choose the best solutions to fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and engage customers in the store
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable AT&T wireless products, plans, and accessories
• Handle sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Stay informed about promotions, product updates, and wireless trends
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates
• Support a positive and goal-oriented store environment Pay: $600 - $1,300/week (Base + Commission) Work Setting: In-store Face-to-Face Retail Sales

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
