The Atlantic Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager About the Job: The Account Manager will be responsible for servicing Commercial Lines Accounts. The Commercial Lines Select Business Account Manager is responsible for servicing a designated segment of Commercial Lines accounts that generates more than $1,000 in agency commission.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Answer incoming client calls assigned to the Select Business Team.
• Assist clients with questions regarding their accounts.
• Manage all client interactions from start to finish, leaving activities open until the client's request is fully completed.
• Conduct annual reviews on a selected number of accounts. (Est.14 per month with an estimated 50% to 60% contact rate)
• Report and manage any claims assigned to the Select Business Team.
• Submit all changes accurately and promptly to the Commercial Lines Support Team for processing.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver the best client experience possible. INSPHI Job Type: Permanent Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
