• Connect with business clients in-person to assess their needs and recommend AT&T solutions.
• Present and sell wireless products and services to new and existing clients.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report client interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with AT&T product offerings and industry trends.
