Overview

Responsibilities

• Target, pursue, and win $500K-$5M+ annual maintenance contracts and enhancement projects
• Identify, target, and develop new B2B relationships with high-revenue potential clients ( HOAs, commercial property managers, real estate developers, corporate facilities, municipalities).
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and design teams to tailor service packages that close deals.
• Represent our brand at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
• Consistently exceed sales targets with a hunter mindset and client-first attitude Skills
• Minimum 5+ years in landscape sales or high-value commercial service contracts (facilities, construction, property services).
• Proven track record closing multi-site or multi-million-dollar service contracts.
• Strong network of commercial property managers, HOA boards, REIT contacts, or municipal buyers.
• Working knowledge of commercial landscape services (maintenance, seasonal color, enhancements, irrigation, snow services a plus).
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
