Balencia is a growing medical aesthetic practice with three locations in Rhode Island. Balencia provides non-surgical skin, body and wellness services with strong emphasis on patient satisfaction and ethical sales practices. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing manager with strong sales experience to lead our growth. Previous medical aesthetic practice/spa experience not required. This opportunity is great for career minded candidate looking to grow with a strong company in a high growth business niche. Candidate should be well versed with all facets of marketing with emphasis on data based actions. Understanding data and working with data is a core requirement.

Responsibilities

:

• Close leads and Sales opportunities on a timely and consistent basis.
• Follow up on sales leads with phone calls, emails and SMS
• Prefer experience with CRM but will train
• Able to write marketing emails/manage social media
• Be able to monitor and understand competition
• Develop quarterly business plan in consultation with management.
• Help plan and execute events
• Be able to call prospects who respond to our marketing campaigns. This is a core requirement.
• Help with reception area work when needed.

Qualifications

:

• Experience in Sales/Marketing Management or other related fields
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities
• Self motivated and self-directed
• Have a good personal presentation
• Strong computer skills
