We're seeking an Event & Sales Manager

• for a hospitality concept in the
• Minneapolis area. This role also allows for 2% commission with potential quarterly bonus, plus many opportunities for growth. What's in it for you:

Responsibilities

(including but not limited to):

• Manage full event lifecycle: planning -> coordination -> execution
• Create BEOs, maintain event software, and track sales
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing & operations
• Conduct outreach and attend networking events to generate new business
• Build repeat business through excellent relationship management
• Assist with ticketed/holiday events, promotional materials, and venue marketing
• Oversee event supplies and decor needs Event Sales Manager Skills/

Qualifications

:

• 4-5 years of experience in an Event/Sales role
• Knowledge of successful hospitality sales techniques
• Budget management
• Works well with others members of sales team
• Ability to work an occasional weekend for events when necessary
• Familiar with lead strategy and execution
