Eager to hire on a permanent basis an Engineered Sales Representative located by Providence, RI area. Position will serve as both a sales strategist and technical consultant, helping customers design, select, and implement equipment solutions that improve performance and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical sales professional who enjoys being hands-on with equipment, solving complex challenges, and building long- term customer relationships. If you are a results-driven salesperson with experience in mechanical systems, rotating equipment, or pump sales, you will thrive in this role.

• Lead outside sales efforts for rotating equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Design, select, and size equipment to meet customer specifications and project requirements.
• Develop detailed quotes and proposals, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver custom-engineered solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Negotiate vendor pricing, coordinate purchasing, and track deliveries and project timelines.
• Troubleshoot field issues and support customers during equipment startup, installation, and operation.
• 5+ years of experience in technical, mechanical, or industrial sales (required).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience in rotating or mechanical equipment sales.
• Experience using CRM software to track customers and sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best job-site practices.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
