Overview

: We are seeking a Key Account Manager to maintain and build customer relationships while ensuring alignment with the Company on all manufacturing strategies. Position

Requirements

:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related major
• At least 3 years working experience in a sales, engineering, or project management preferred.
• Knowledge of management system
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Excellent commercial negotiation skills and presentation skill
• Fundamental understanding of reciprocating equipment preferred.
• Personal responsibility and reliability
• Deal with conflicts and solve problems
• Ability to cooperate and good team player
• Holistic thought and action
• Good English skills
• Be good at Microsoft, word, excel and PPT et
• Travel (domestic and international) 40%

Responsibilities

:

• Representative of our customers within the site.
• Market study: definition of the relevant market, collection/preparation of market data, analysis of the market data.
• Creation of demand: qualification of customers, communication of products/solutions, selection of inquiries, negotiate contracts.
• Contract review: creation of quotation and follow up, order review, data preparation, sales planning, reporting, monitoring, continuous improvements.
• New business development.
• Benchmarking in comparison with competitors.
• Design, presentation and identification of customer-specific products/solutions.
• Sales planning (quantities, prices, tooling, prototypes, monthly split up, ramp up and slow down curves).
• Control of receivables.
• Control of stock.
