Inside Sales & Contracts Representative Base Pay + Commission | No Nights | No Weekends | $1,000 Signing Bonus We are a local, family-owned financial auditing and recovery firm with over 30 years in business. We work with companies nationwide to identify and recover funds owed to them through specialized audits and account reviews. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales & Contracts Representative who wants a stable career with strong earning potential in a unique, professional B2B environment. This role combines outbound calling, client communication, and contract coordination in a niche industry with long-term growth potential. $1,000 Signing Bonus after 90 days What You 'll Do

• Contact prospective clients to introduce our services (minimum 75 calls per day)
• Review internal data and utilize research tools to identify and follow up on qualified leads
• Communicate professionally with business owners and corporate contacts
• Explain service agreements and fee structures
• Negotiate contract terms and secure client authorizations
• Track activity and maintain accurate records in our CRM system What We 're Looking For
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sales, call-center, or B2B outreach experience preferred
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, attorneys, and corporate contacts
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage follow-ups, paperwork, and multiple client files
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus Schedule
• Full-time, in-office
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No nights, no weekends, no overtime
• Hybrid or telework arrangements may be available after the initial training and probationary period for employees who demonstrate strong performance and reliability.

• Starting base pay: $17 -$19/hour (depending on experience)
