Essential Duties

: GUARANTEED PAY DURING TRAINING - Approaches, greets, and assists customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot. - Guides customers in selecting a vehicle by understanding their preferences and suggesting suitable options. - Offers test drives to all prospects, adhering to dealership procedures. - Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. - Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems effectively. - Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring cleanliness and operational features. - Delivers vehicles to customers, providing comprehensive information on operating features, warranty, and paperwork. - Maintains a professional business appearance at all times. - Processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.
