Location: This position is based in the Cocoa and Merritt Island areas. Must have prior Sales experience. We are looking for a (Bilingual Spanish Preferred) Sales Admin with proven experience. The ideal Candidate has experience in Manufactured Home Communities, or proven strong sales experience within property management. As a Manufactured Homes Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our client's range of Manufactured Homes to potential customers. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their housing needs, and guiding them through the entire sales process. QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or manufactured housing industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with financing options and processes related to home sales.
• Assist with daily admin duties PAY: $18-$20/HR, plus commission structure Schedule: Monday - Friday : 8:00 am - 5:00pm Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
