Overview

Are you a top-tier sales professional with a passion for helping businesses grow through powerful print and digital advertising solutions? Do you thrive in a high-performance, outbound B2B sales environment and take extreme ownership of your goals? If so, we want to meet you. We are seeking Senior B2B Advertising Sales Executives with a proven track record in print and digital media sales. This is an outbound sales role focused on selling targeted advertising solutions to business clients across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and engage B2B clients via outbound calls to sell print and digital advertising packages.
• Develop tailored advertising campaigns that combine newspaper, magazine, direct mail, and digital placements to meet client objectives.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through disciplined follow-up and closing.
• Educate clients on the value of integrated advertising campaigns and ROI-driven media planning.
• Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction. Skills
• 3+ years of success in B2B print and/or digital advertising sales.
• Deep understanding of media buying, ad placement, and campaign performance metrics.
• A growth mindset with a hunger to learn, improve, and exceed expectations.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in both a team and independent remote environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital sales tools. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
