Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in building relationships with clients. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through both outside and outbound sales efforts, managing the sales pipeline, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate leads.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and forecasting future sales.
• Utilize CRM software to document interactions, manage accounts, and analyze sales data.
• Provide high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive sales growth.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
• Participate in public speaking engagements or presentations to promote products or services. Experience
• Proven experience in B2B sales or high-end sales environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with dealership experience or automobile sales is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience using CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales activities.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
• Background in retail sales or customer service is beneficial.
• Proficiency in retail math, inventory management, and marketing principles is advantageous.
