Overview

This is a commission-only (1099) roofing sales role for driven, competitive individuals. No experience required -- full training provided -- but this position is not for everyone. You must be comfortable knocking doors, working outdoors, and earning based on performance. One signed deal can earn $3,000 -$5,000. Top performers consistently earn $150,000+ annually , with elite reps exceeding $200,000. Nexur Remodeling is a growing home improvement company serving Fairfax and surrounding areas. • You are not okay working as a 1099 independent contractor What You 'll Do
• Knock doors and speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Set appointments and assist with on-site roof inspections
• Present solutions and guide homeowners through next steps
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Compensation

• Commission-only (1099 independent contractor role)
• $3,000 -$5,000 per signed deal (based on project size and scope)
• Uncapped commissions

Requirements
