Compensation

Range: $75,000 - $120,000 per year (unlimited earning potential) How do our Automotive Sales Consultants Drive Impact? After successful completion of our Sales Training Program; our Automotive Sales Consultants will walk our customer through the entire vehicle buying process.

• Maintain unit average required by store
• Maintain a minimum PVR and VSC required by store
• Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner
• Lead customers through the entire sales process
• Use Walser CRM tool effectively to track all customer interactions
• Effectively educate all customers on benefits that Walser has to offer
• Take customers on test drives and ensure the customer understands the vehicle's operating features
• Educate customers on financial products and financing options available to them
• Follow up with customers after the purchase
• Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments
• Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in dealership service departments

• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned We're Looking For:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, but not required
• Successfully test out of sales training program
• Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a friendly, positive attitude and be a team player
• Professional demeanor and appearance (nametags, uniform, etc.)
• Strong customer service mentality
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record What We Offer:
