HIRING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER ASSOCIATE!! The opportunity you've been waiting for! Immediate Openings for Business Development Representatives.

• Bilingual is a Plus! Seeking highly motivated and energetic employees to join our team. Previous experience in Automotive or similar "Business Development Center" BDC, customer service, collections, telemarketing or internet sales experience is preferred but not required and formal training is provided!

Responsibilities

: Achieving daily-weekly and monthly goals and objectives. Making 100-200 outbound calls per day. Initiating and Responding to customers with 20-60 emails per day. Working with a computer based customer and task management tool. Setting a volume of appointments daily. Following up with customer inquiries and efficiently maximize opportunities. Effective working as part of a team. Competitive pay plan includes hourly pay plus commission. Average agent earns $35,000 to $85,000 or more for top performers!
