Entry-Level Automotive Key Technician - Retail Sales Location : Fairfax, VA (we also routinely service Manassas, Sterling, Chantilly, Leesburg, Winchester and surrounding areas)

• Training on key cutting, fob programming, sales, and customer service -- no prior experience necessary
• Bonuses and incentives for exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities

:

• Learn to cut, program, and duplicate vehicle keys and fobs
• Assist clients with quotes and sales professionally
• Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service
• Keep accurate digital records of sales, inventory, and key production
• Engage in practical tasks such as VIN retrieval, testing keys, and hardware handling

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience level required
• Reliable, proactive, and motivated to learn new skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Dependable transportation to serve Fairfax and surrounding areas.
