We are a dynamic food trailer company looking for enthusiastic and reliable candidates to join our team as a Food Trailer Server and Sales Associate. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

:

• Prepare and cook dishes following set recipes and quality guidelines
• Serve food to customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Take customer orders and manage cash transactions using the POS system
• Keep the food trailer clean and adhere to sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer questions and issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the food trailer
• Support in the setup and breakdown of the food trailer at events

Requirements

:

• Experience as a grill cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
• Accurately and efficiently handle cash transactions
• Understand and implement food safety and sanitation practices
• Possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a warm and professional manner
• Perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working outside, standing for extended periods, and working in confined spaces
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
