What You 'll Do As our Lead Membership Sales Associate, you'll set the tone for highperformance sales. Your leadership mindset and drive will help shape our membership growth and inspire others.

Responsibilities

include:

• Lead by example --Sell, Sell, Sell!
• Make high-volume outbound calls to leads and re-engage past members. Our top performers make up to 200 calls a day to maximize commission potential.
• Support and guide members through fitness package options, helping them find the perfect fit for their lifestyle goals.
• Act as a motivator and role model within the sales team by consistently demonstrating top-tier performance and hustle.

• Demonstrated history of strong sales performance (preferred).
