Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in identifying their needs and present suitable vehicle options.
• Develop expertise in automotive products, technology, and industry trends.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
• Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and voicemail.
• Set appointments with online inquiries and walk-in clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with past customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. What We 're Looking For:
• Strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience.
• Previous experience in sales (retail, inside, outside) is preferred but not required.
• Professional appearance with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, general computer applications, and internet use.
