Overview

: At My Painter & Exteriors, we are seeking a Residential Sales Representative to sell our interior / exterior painting and exterior renovation services. Our goal is to bring someone into our company who is team oriented and is aligned with our core values. We believe that when service and community within our organization comes first, sales will easily follow. We as an organization are made up of mostly employees from the managers in our office to the technicians in the field which in return shows in the quality of work we provide and the reputation that continues to drive our business. Key Responsibilities

include:

• Performing in home sales meetings.
• Accurately measure areas to be painted.
• Use estimating software in real-time.
• Follow a proven sales process.
• Clever question asker, anticipates objections, handle stalls, and goes for the close.
• Actively engages in team meetings, networking events, company events.

Qualifications

:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Team- oriented and willingness to grow.

Education and Experience

:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Required 2+ years of sales experience.
• Required construction knowledge.
