Position Summary

: The Generator Systems Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth in the Minnesota territory through new lead generation and relationship development. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with electrical contractors, general contractors, engineering firms, and end users. The GSS will act as a liaison between clients and the internal engineering team to ensure customer needs are clearly defined and fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and end users.
• Follow up on inbound leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Input and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system (Bolt).
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure proper solution development.
• Provide feedback from the field to assist in continuous improvement of sales processes and product offerings.

Qualifications

:

• 3+ years of sales experience in a technical or construction-related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with generator systems or electrical/mechanical systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel within the Minnesota territory. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
