Our team is passionate about style, precision, and exceptional customer care. Position: We're looking for a poised, friendly, motivated Sales Associate to join our boutique optical team. Prior optical experience is a plus -- but not required! What's essential is great sales ability, customer service skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn the optical industry.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist clients in the eyewear selection process with expertise, selecting frames and lenses that match their style and prescription needs
• Provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience, build authentic client relationships that create trust and loyalty
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
• Cleaning and upkeep to maintain our boutique standards
• Learn basic optical terminology, understand prescriptions, and product knowledge over time

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience required (retail, fashion, or boutique experience preferred)
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Eager to learn about eyewear, fashion, and optics
• Reliable and punctual Schedule: Full-time or Part-time available Saturday availability preferred Perks:
