• Now Hiring: Car Sales Consultant | Social Media-Savvy & Sales-Driven
• Are you driven to succeed, confident on social media, and ready to make an impact? We are seeking a high-energy Car Sales Consultant to join our fast- paced dealership. This role requires more than just enthusiasm -- your success is measured by results.
• Important: 90-Day Probationary Period
• All new hires are subject to a strict 90-day probationary period. Employment is performance-based. Sales production and lead generation --both in-store and online--are closely monitored during this period.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with walk-in customers and guide them through the buying process
• Actively market inventory through personal and dealership social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging digital content (vehicle walkarounds, reels, stories) to drive interest and leads
• Follow up on online inquiries, leads, and past customers
• Hit or exceed monthly unit and gross targets
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and customer service

Qualifications

• :
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Proficiency with social media content creation and engagement
• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable on camera and skilled at building personal brand online
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
