Title: Retail Sales Associate - Commission + Incentives (Furniture Showroom)

Compensation

: $45K-$55K/year average; Top performers earn $70K-$80K+ Schedule: Full-time | Includes weekends | Paid training provided The Furniture Warehouse is a Top 100 U.S. Furniture Retailer and winner of Sarasota's Readers Choice Award. What You 'll Do:

• Greet customers and help them select furniture that fits their space and style
• Educate customers on promotions, financing options, and warranties
• Input orders and coordinate deliveries using our point-of-sale system
• Stay current on showroom displays and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
• Deliver a great customer experience -- and get rewarded for your success

What You Bring

:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong people skills -- enjoy talking to people and building relationships
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Comfortable using a computer and moving light furniture for demos
• Background check free of criminal activity
• Bi-lingual in English & Spanish a plus What You Get:
